Order Processing & Dispatch Cut-Off

  • Orders confirmed by 1:00 PM are handed to the courier the same day.

  • Orders confirmed after 1:00 PM are handed over the next day.

Delivery Timeframes (from the day of pickup)

  • Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and Delta cities: Next-day delivery.

  • Canal cities (e.g., Suez, Ismailia, Port Said): 2–3 days.

  • Assiut: 2–4 days.

Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to courier routing, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Packaging & Fragile Items

  • We pack every order securely.

  • Fragile items are marked as Fragile to ensure careful handling during transit.

Multi-Parcel & Weight Limits

  • A single order may ship in more than one parcel if needed.

  • The maximum weight per order is 10 kg; heavier baskets may be split and incur additional shipping charges.

Shipping Fees & Size Surcharges

Fees are calculated using weight and parcel size (dimensional weight):

  • Small & Medium: No extra surcharge.

  • Large: +10% on the base shipping fee.

  • Extra-Large: +15% on the base shipping fee.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available.

  • A 0.5% COD handling fee applies to the amount collected at the door.

Open-Box Inspection

  • No try-on or item splitting.

  • Optional visual inspection is available for EGP 5 before accepting the parcel.
