Refund and Returns Policy – Ghorab Naturals

In compliance with Egypt’s Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, Ghorab Naturals aims to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully.


1. Non-Returnable Products

As per Egyptian trade law, food and beverage products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless:

  • The product is defective or damaged.

  • The product has expired.

  • The product received is not as described or is incorrect.


2. Reporting a Problem

If you receive a defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via:

  • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos if possible.


3. Refund or Replacement Process

Once the issue is verified:

  • You may choose a replacement of the product or a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.


4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error from our side (wrong item, defect, damage), shipping costs will be covered by Ghorab Naturals.


5. Important Notes

  • We cannot process returns or refunds for products that have been opened or used unless the issue is due to a defect or safety concern.

  • Please ensure the returned product is in its original packaging when applicable.
