Can I return or exchange a food product after purchase?

As per Egyptian trade law, food and beverage products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, unless the item is defective, damaged, expired, or not as described.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via phone or WhatsApp at +20 101 312 8782. We'll verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as per your rights under Consumer Protection Law.

How do I know your products are safe and natural?

All Ghorab Naturals products are lab-tested, certified, and packaged under strict hygiene standards in line with Egyptian Food Safety Authority (NFSA) regulations. No additives or preservatives are used.

Do your products have an expiration date?

Yes. Every product has a clear production and expiry date printed on the packaging, in compliance with Ministry of Trade & Supply labeling standards.

Is my personal data safe when I order online?

Absolutely. We comply with Egypt’s Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020). Your information is used only to process your order and is never shared with third parties.

What payment options are available on your website?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, mobile wallets, Cash on Delivery (COD), and InstaPay. All digital payments are processed securely through Paymob, a licensed provider.
